Kevin J. Goss, Jr.

Kevin J. Goss, Jr., 29, passed away suddenly at his residence on November 17, 2021.  Born in Long Branch, Kevin lived his young life in Ocean Grove and Holmdel.  His teen years were spent in Sea Bright and Long Branch.  He then settled in Morristown and spent a year with the Market Street Mission.  Kevin returned to Asbury Park in 2018.  He currently was a server at Tim McLoone’s Robinson Ale House in Asbury Park.

Recently, Kevin found Jesus and became a Born Again Christian.  Throughout his life, he has had many struggles but found joy in the Market Street Mission and the Jersey Shore Rescue Mission.  He enjoyed time spent with the Dream Center and enjoyed being part of the Night of Dreams.

Although his life ended early, Kevin was a gifted communicator whose word touched many lives.  He was a loving son, fiancé and great friend who was the life of any party with his large, charismatic personality, commanding presence and his enormous heart.

Kevin had a love for music, enjoyed the beach and was a foodie and fashionista.  Whether it was snowboarding, hiking, camping or longboarding, Kevin enjoyed the outdoors and was also into fitness, gaming and enjoying automobiles.

Predeceased by his grandparents, Juanita and Edward Fischer and Anna Goss, Kevin leaves behind his loving mother; Jennifer Fischer-Goss of Bridgewater, aunts and uncles; Margaret Lendrum and John of Asheville, NC,  Mark Fischer and Kym of North Reading, MA and Cindy Burton of Wall.  He will be missed dearly by his fiancé Jessie Rarig of Morganville, cousins; Ethan Lendrum, Jack and Bella Fischer and Nichole Burton Hale as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family from the Belmar, Spring Lake and Wall Township Area.

At this time, all services for Kevin have been made private.  In the near future, a gathering celebrating Kevin’s life will be held.  Please continue to check his obituary for updates regarding the services.
