Obituary of Marie A. Golden

Middlesex – Marie A. (Shebol) Golden, 92, passed away in the early hours of March 28, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Somerset in Somerville.  Born and raised in Taylor, PA to the late Edward and Ann (Petro) Shebol, Marie moved to Middlesex to raise her family in 1966.

For 22 years, Marie was employed as an Executive Assistant with National Starch & Chemical Company in Bridgewater. 

Predeceased by her husband of sixty-six years, James, Marie leaves behind her loving daughter, Donna of Bedminster and son Jim Golden and his wife Lora of East Brunswick.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish in Middlesex on Monday, April 3, 2023 for a 10:30am funeral mass.  Marie will be laid to rest beside her husband at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Middlesex Funeral Home in Middlesex.
