Dear Walt and Lisa,
Please accept our sincere condolences upon on Wally's passing. He was a good guy and a good neighbor. We will miss waves across the street and remember the times in the past when he lent us a hand.
We hope that you are comforted by the knowledge that he is at rest and in peace. Godspeed Wally, we are glad that we had the chance to know you.
