I miss, and will always miss, my dear friend Marlene very much. She had such a big heart. She was always there for others, offering rides, providing food..... simply offering support and comfort to all. I remember fondly the shopping trips we made to shop rite and the dollar store. I never missed a doctor's appointment as Marlene would offer to drive me if the need arose. I enjoyed spending time with Marlene as we sat on the Greiner Tower benches with our friends chatting and discussing daily events. Marlene really enjoyed hanging out with her friends. She enjoyed bingo night at Greiner. The times we spent working on jigsaw puzzles were great fun. She enjoyed sitting with her friends, Ann and Sanjay, and watching Mike, John, Pat 1, and me(Pat 2) play pool several times each week. She always was thoughtful enough to bring cakes and snacks for all. Marlene served as Greiner's Sunshine Girl, giving out birthday cards and sympathy cards as needed. She was, also, directly responsible for Greiner Tower getting it's pool table, arranging its acquisition through a friend. She always contacted the mayor when the table needed maintenance and repairs and the maintenance would be promptly done. Marlene was a strong voice and positive fixture in her Greiner community. Marlene was very sensitive and endured the tremendous hurt of several family member losses during her life. Yet, her kindness and thoughtfulness never diminished through it all. My sympathies and condolences to Dawn, Michael, Joseph and all family members on your loss. I loved you, Marlene! Rest in Peace with the Lord. Pat Biasi
