Anh Kim Dinh, 86, of South Plainfield, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

Born and raised in Vietnam, Anh immigrated to the United States and made South Plainfield her home for many years. She was a devoted communicant of Our Lady of Czestochowa Roman Catholic Church, where she took part in numerous parish activities and built many lasting friendships.

Anh cherished time spent with her family above all else. Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Tam Minh Nguyen, her seven children, several grandchildren, siblings, extended relatives, and many dear friends throughout the United States.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at South Plainfield Funeral Home, 2456 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Czestochowa Roman Catholic Church, South Plainfield. Interment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.
