Bethlehem, PA Kenneth V. Rodgers, 78, entered into eternal life in the early hours of Friday, January 09, 2015 at his home with his loving family by his side. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, he grew up in Canada, moving to New Jersey in 1969. He had lived in South Bound Brook and Middlesex before moving to Bethlehem fifteen years ago. Kenneth worked at Burroughs Corporation for many years as a Production Control Manager. He was an avid golfer, played and loved country western and bluegrass music and spent many winters with his wife at their home in Florida. A beloved husband, father and grandfather; Kenneth will be missed by all those who knew him. He was predeceased by his parents; John and Marguerite (Grey) Rodgers and four siblings. Kenneth leaves behind his loving family; wife of fifty-six years Anna M. (Saulnier) Rodgers of Bethlehem, PA, children; Vincent Rodgers and his wife Patricia of Middlesex, Karen Guerard and her husband Scott of Holiday, FL and Kathleen Holzer-Muniz and her husband Ken Muniz also of Middlesex and grandchildren; Janice, Shawn, Joseph and Heather Rodgers, Andrew Guerard and Eric Holzer. Ken also leaves behind his brother Dennis (Barb) and sisters Helen Coneita and Linda (Richard) Webber from Nova Scotia, Canada.A memorial visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a religious service beginning 7:45 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations sent to St. Luke's Hospice, 150 Valley Center Parkway, Suite 200, Bethlehem, PA 18017, would be appreciated.
