Obituary of Jo-Ann Mazur

Jo-Ann Mazur, 67, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Somerset in Somerville. Born and raised in Newark, Jo-Ann has resided in Piscataway for the past 36 years. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima RC Church in Piscataway and cherished seeing and spending time with her family. Predeceased by a daughter Melissa, Jo-Ann is survived by husband, Alex; daughters, Michelle Kennedy and her husband Michael of Piscataway and Jennifer Araya and her husband Fabian of Raritan; sister, Marilyn Haynes and her husband Ronald of Dunellen; brothers, John Rippo and his wife Lisa of Wildwood Crest and Ralph Rippo and his wife Denise of Milburn and five grandchildren, Zackery, Emma, Christian, Melissa and Caitlyn. Also surviving is her dear pet Molly. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9pm in the Piscataway Funeral Home 18 Stelton Rd. Piscataway, NJ 08854. Funeral Services will begin at 9:45am on Thursday, April 27, 2017 in the funeral home followed by a 10:30am funeral mass at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, Piscataway.
