Obituary of Scott A. Beckner

Scott Adam Beckner, 35, died suddenly Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at home.
A lifelong resident of Middlesex, Scott graduated from Middlesex High School.
During his youth, Scott participated in the championship team for St. Mary's basketball and also played on the Middlesex Little League team (coincidentally his father's favorite MLB team) the Mets. During his high school years, Scott played for Middlesex High Schools baseball team and in his senior year he played in the GMC finals. Later in life, he enjoyed bowling and shooting pool with his friends.
He will be forever missed and always in the hearts of his family and friends.
Surviving are his devoted parents, Stephen and Catherine Beckner of Middlesex; three siblings, Stephen Beckner Jr. and his wife Traci of West Virginia, Catherine (Tina) Trujillo and her husband Tony of Tennessee, Christopher Beckner and his wife Lori of Tennessee and nine nieces and nephews, Anthony, Alex, Austin, Destinee, Annaliese, Stephen III, Taylene, Rosalea and Rayanna.
Funeral services will begin on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 8:45AM in Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex NJ 08846 followed by a funeral mass in Our Lady of Mount Virgin Roman Catholic Church, Middlesex NJ at 9:30AM.
Cremation will follow privately.
Family and friends may attend visitation on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 4-8PM in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Scott's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 201 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
