I met Bert many years ago when I joined the Adult Choir. We were assigned seating right next to each other. Bert was the veteran member, I was the newbie. No one could have asked for a sweeter, kinder help mate. And what a baker she was! Bert was always surprising the choir with her exceptional skills in that department. She was a good, generous soul. A loving woman who could smile her way into your heart. I bet she's doing the same in heaven. Love ya Bert!
