Nescopeck, PA - Patricia A. Shallo, 54, died Saturday, October 1, 2016 in Lehigh Valley Hospital in Hazleton, PA after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
Born in Plainfield, Patty grew up in Piscataway before residing to South Plainfield. For the last several years, Patty was living in Nescopeck, PA with her grandson, Adam.
Patty was an animal lover, especially of her two pit bulls, Diesel and Begonia. She dedicated most of her life to raising animals and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Surviving are her best friend and partner of 35 years, James Gallagher and devoted grandson Adam Johnson; daughter Jennifer Shallo; two brothers, Lawrence and Ernest Shallo and sister, Debra Shallo and six grandchildren, Brianna, Mya, Michael, Jailyn, Aiden and Parker.
Funeral services will begin on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 10AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by burial in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 5-8PM in the funeral home.
