My sympathies to Linda's family and friends. I sang with Linda in Sweet Adelines for many years, and I remember her being such a nice person. I am saddened by the news of her passing, and hope she was able to go easily with not much pain.

My Mother celebrated life sharing her passion for music, Christmas, vacations, and laughter with anyone that had the pleasure of knowing her. She treasured the time spent with family and friends and made this world a better place. I have vivid memories of mom helping me and my siblings with homework, cooking dinner, cleaning the house, then going off to work at night to help pay the bills. All of these tasks accompanied by her infectious smile, laughter and her beautiful singing voice. She taught us the importance of hard work, family, and the most important thing in life, unconditional love. Mom lived her life caring for others, with most of her focus on her children. When the grandchildren came along that love grew. This is why it was no surprise that when my wife and I had our first child, Mom’s first grandchild, she was the first to arrive at the hospital, and the last to leave. Mom had many chapters of her life, all a little different, but throughout it all one thing remained the same, she made sure that everyone around her felt loved. As Mom’s life comes to an end our lives continue to grow, her lessons ingrained in our everyday lives. It warms my heart knowing that you are now reunited with Dad and will Shower us with your love from above.
With all the love in my heart, your son,
Dennis J. Carovillano Jr.

What can I possibly say to the best friend I ever had except I will miss you terribly but know your finally at peace. We shared many good times together when the kids were young & our friendship grew stronger & more loving with our families. We grew so much closer after we both lost our husbands & had so much fun together. You were more than just a friend you were like ny sister & I'll miss you terribly. Rest In Peace my sweet friend.
