Wendy and family,
Very sorry to hear about your Mother - I remember her from all the time I spent at your house when we were best friends growing up - she was a very nice woman.

To the family of Dorothy Machos
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4
The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. As we have previously noted, the Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, not in an unknown heaven but right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again. ‘But surely that is wishful thinking!’ for some may say. For words of encouragement please go to JW.org
Sincerely,
Roberta

I can't believe your Mom is gone now...our neighbors for 60 years! Remembering our parent's card parties when we were small...and full of the devil! Remembering your Mom looking out for the neighborhood. ..I guess you could say she was the original neighborhood watch. I still remember her father...walking so slow down the block. And remembering your dad working ALL THE TIME. My mother considered her a friend. Rest in peace Mrs. Machos!
