Piscataway, NJ - June P. Browne, 89, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2020 at the Regency Jewish Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Somerset. Born in Belleville, NJ on June 25, 1930 to John and Margaret Platner. June lived in Piscataway for the past 52 years. June was a Registered Nurse and worked for Dr. Carl Meirer for many years and also the Nurse at Burroughs Corporation in Piscataway. June was active with her Husband Charles and were members of the Piscataway Elks in the 70's and 80's. She was active with the Piscataway Senior Center. June loved to travel, knit, craft, garden, bird watch and loved her chocolates and playing the lottery. She lived and loved life to it's fullest. She especially loved being with her family and friends. June was reunited in Heaven with her Husband Charles on the same day he passed 32 years ago. They were married in 1952. June leaves behind her loving family. Son, Charles Browne and his Wife Cheryl (Summerfield, NC), Daughter, Barbara Bergeron and her Husband David (Bethlehem, GA) and Daughter Lorraine Lynch and her Husband Richard (Piscataway, NJ). Six Grandchildren, Amber Rose Riley, Gregory Browne, Phillip Bergeron, Brittany Bergeron, Ryan Lynch and his Wife Jessica, and Bradley Lynch. Two Great Grandchildren, Caroline Boyles and Evan Lynch. Due to the pandemic, a private family ceremony will be held at a later date. A celebration of June's life will be in the near future, to honor June for being a loving individual, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and a friend to many. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children. June had a big heart as she was active in many good charities and causes. May she Rest in Peace and her light continue to shine down upon us all.
