I am so sorry to hear of Lou’s passing. I worked with Lou at the VA for a number of years. I have nothing but fond memories of working with Lou. We shared a lot of laughs together. Lou's name would come up from time to time since his retirement when a few of us would go down memory lane and I can assure you those are good memories. I will keep the Rossi family in my prayers. God Bless you all in this most difficult time.
