Phillipsburg – Jason Vander Veer, 48, died Friday, May 15, 2020 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Bethlehem, PA.

Born in Ridgewood to Joseph and Marlene (Dilascio) Vander Veer, Jason grew up in Liberty Corner New Jersey and settled to Alpha.

Jason worked as a quality control manager at Hercules Enterprises and enjoyed hunting, fishing, welding and customizing his truck. Most of all, Jason loved his family and friends.

Jason is survived by his son, Jonathan Vander Veer and siblings, Jodi, Jim and Jennifer Vander Veer.

Burial of Jason's cremated remains will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 10AM in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. ALL are welcome and please dress casually.

A memorial service will be held at a later date when the Covid - 19 restrictions have been lifted.
