My dear “Aunt” Marion and family, we are heart broken over the loss of “Uncle” Teddy. You and Teddy have been so kind to all of us. My parents, Jean and Vince Campo, just loved him as we all did. It is truly a gift to be one of his “nieces”. I know your in heaven joking around with my parents. Rest In Peace.

Yes, Teddy sure had an infectious smile when I met him from the very first time and every time! A number of years ago I was at the Deutscher Club on a Thursday night anticipating having dinner there prior to a "beginner" German class! I walked in the dining room with my tray of food, just looking around, and a couple already sitting at a table having dinner asked if I was looking for someone? I was deciding where I should sit and they invited me to join their table which I welcomed! That began a relationship with this wonderful couple since then! That dinner even discovered a connection between his wife Marian's cousin and my nephew in Berlin and so conversations continued each time I saw Teddy and Marian socially at the club where I made two new friends. It was really nice to have such a welcoming couple to someone who at that time hadn't many friends at the club, yet. Recently my communication with Marian dealt with Teddy being in the hospital and in rehab. While Marian wasn't visiting with Teddy, there, she continued to help at the club peeling potatoes with the rest of us for making German potato salad prior to an event. I'm so grateful to have found such a nice couple and express my sincere condolences to the family upon Teddy's passing with love and prayers. Trina Pietz

Uncle Teddy was such a wonderful and spirited soul. He loved life and loved to share that life with his wife Marian and all his extended family. He had an infectious smile and a way about him that just put you at ease. He loved the outdoors and loved to teach all the younger nieces, nephews, cousins and friends about hunting, fishing, camping and building a great fire to roast marshmallows on while sitting around the Farm with those that he loved. The Farm will always be a welcoming place and his laughter will always be heard, when the wind blows through the trees. God Bless.

I will always remember Ted on Christmas Eve as he and Marian will always invite the Knights for drinks and cookies after we layout Christmas luminaries around St Frances Cabrini church grounds. I express my sincere condolences and prayers to Marian and Hanko Family. Eternal rest grant unto Ted and may perpetual light shine upon him.
