Obituary of Dung T. Pham and Dinh K. Le
Dung T. Pham, 73, passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerville after a three week fight with complications due to COVID-19. Born in Go Cong Tien Giang, Vietnam to the late Thiet Van and Tau Thi (Nguyen) Pham, Dung lived in Vietnam until May 10, 1989 and immigrated to the United States, settling directly to Middlesex.
While raising her family here in the United States, Dung worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Foothill Acres Nursing Center in Hillsborough. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in Middlesex and enjoyed spending time in the kitchen cooking with her family and friends.
Her pride and joy was being a grandmother and great-grandmother. When Dung was with her family, she was always happy. She enjoyed watching Dancing with the Stars, the local News and Vietnamese channels, especially soap operas and the news. Because of her grandson Kevin, her love for Penguins grew fond and became a family joke. Her granddaughter Dalena lives by farms and Dung grew a liking to Cows because of that.
If she could not be physically with anyone in her family, she would FaceTime them to check in and show her love.

Tran, Tom Tran and Nhan Nguyen, grandchildren; Phuong Le Tran, Phuong Thi Dinh, Phuong T. Tran, Kevin Tran and Dalena Nguyen and great-grandchildren; Vincent Tran, Vivian Tran, Phuong T.
