Middlesex, NJ – Scott A. Milford, 56, passed away suddenly at his residence on May 17, 2021.
Born in Plainfield on December 13, 1964 to Robert L. and Margaret (Mido) Milford, Scott spent his childhood living in Dunellen, then living in Wilkes-Barre, PA before moving back to New Jersey, settling most recently in Middlesex.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Leo and Margaret Mido, his paternal grandparents Robert and Iola Milford, his aunt Judy Mido and a niece Shannon Krejdovski. Scott is survived by his parents, sisters Debbie and Dawn, brother Rob, daughter Jennifer, nephews Chris, Brandon, Billy, and Cole, niece Mia, an uncle and aunt, five cousins and the two loves of his life; his granddaughters Olivia and Lillian.
Scott was a painter by trade and worked at JPL Painting in Somerville as a foreman for the past twenty-five years.
Scott was the life of any party with the talent to make anyone smile and laugh. He was a huge Minnesota Viking fan and loved Jeff Gordon when he raced. He also loved rock concerts; seeing numerous bands at places like the Starland Ballroom and the M3 festivals in Maryland.
So many friends loved him dearly, and along with his family – they all will miss him tremendously and will forever be in our hearts.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846. If you plan to attend, please dress casual as Scott would not want anyone to get dressed up. At the request of the family, cremation services will take place privately and at a later date, a party will be held honoring his life.
Although flowers are accepted, please consider making a donation at the funeral home to his family.
