Obituary of Nader Ghanim

Nader Ghanim, 63, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Somerset in Somerville.

Born and raised in Ramallah, Palestine, Mr. Ghanim was a resident of Middlesex Borough for many years.

He is predeceased by his parents, Jamil and Neimeh Ghanim and brother in-law Rey George.

Nader is survived by his wife, Sonia; children, Jawad Ghanim of Franklin Park, Irene Ghanim and David Ghanim both of Middlesex; sisters, Nahla George of Manassas, VA., Aida Neal and her husband Pat of Nazareth, PA., Mary Fregans and her husband Don of West Orange and Salwa Rofrano and her husband Frank of Dunellen and brothers, Ricky Ghanim and his wife Sonia of Readington Twp. and Fred Ghanim and his wife Suzanne of Dunellen. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews as well as several extended relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 5-9pm in the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 9:30am at St. Stephen the Protomartyr Antiochian Orthodox Church, 609 Lane Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080.

Mr. Ghanim’s interment will be held privately.
