Today, I only just found out that Rocco had passed away. I have been a friend of Rocco's since back to 1996. I kept in touch with him since even when the Pathmark closed to then he went to work for Stop N Shop. Rocco and I knew each other well when I assisted employees with disabilities who worked at both the Pathmark and at the Stop N Shop. We kept in touch also hanging out in person a few times, as well as post office mail and email. I have been wondering why he had not even in 2023, not responded back to my emails. I especially was worried now as the Stop and Shop that he worked at in Piscataway is closing soon. I was about to post office a letter to Rocco today, when I incidentally saw this obituary for Rocco online. I know Rocco had lived with his Mother for most of his life as well as I had met her years ago too. I also remember how Rocco felt strong with his religious passion so I am sure that he is in heaven. I feel like a lifetime friend of Rocco. I will never forget his friendship with me. My condolences to Rocco's family here.
