Obituary of June Angelo
June Angelo, 91, passed away peacefully on Monday afternoon, February 12, 2024 with her beloved daughter by her side.
Born and raised in Irvington, June resided in Livingston for a short time before moving back into Irvington. She later relocated to Clark for 20 years before settling in Jackson with her daughter Karen and granddaughter, Krista.
She enjoyed singing, especially with the choir of the Second Reformed Church of Irvington and enjoyed maintaining contact with her lifelong friends from grammar school. June was a loving, kind and compassionate soul who never spoke a bad word against anyone also cherished the time spent with her daughter and granddaughter, whom she held a special bond with.
Predeceased by her husband who died in 1988, Joseph M. Angelo as well as her longtime companion, Joseph Eollo; surviving are her daughter, Karen Angelo, and granddaughter, Krista Angelo; along with her nieces and nephews and the children and grandchildren of the late Joseph Eollo.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 12:15PM in Restland Memorial Park, 77 Deforest Avenue, East Hanover NJ 07936.
