Cesar Valencia, 84, passed away peacefully at JFK Hospital in Edison on Sunday, September 22, 2024.

Born in Batangas, Philippines, Cesar resided in San Juan, Manila before immigrating to the US in 1971. He lived in Rahway before moving to Piscataway in the 1990’s.

He was a real estate investor and worked in quality control for various manufacturing firms in NJ. Cesar was very active as a performer with the University of the Philippines Alumni and Friends Rondalla ensemble. He also served as a Knights of Columbus officer.

Predeceased by parents Nicolas Valencia and Pacita Pamatmat, Cesar is survived by his wife of 33 years Diane. He leaves behind three sons: Andrew, Albert and Howard.

 Cesar will be greatly missed by his sisters Noli Mercado, Maura Arellano, Flor Valencia, and Liwanag Lowe.

He also leaves behind six grandchildren Voltaire, Athena, Adina, AJ, Isaiah and Joshua, and great-granddaughter Kalliyah.
