Obituary of Mark Spohn
South Plainfield - Mark Spohn, 63, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at home.
Born in Elizabeth NJ, he was raised in South Plainfield where he had resided for most of his life.
Employed as a Roll Off driver for several companies for most of his life, Mark enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing, food, a good home cooked meal and watching the New York Jets as an avid fan.
Mark is predeceased by his father, Gus M. Spohn; sister, Angelina Rafalko and nephews, Nick Rafalko and Anthony Singh.
Surviving are his mother, Theresa Guiro -Spohn, three daughters, Kelly Spohn, Allyson Spohn and Sarah Spohn; his cherished grandchildren; Evana, Anabella, Valentina, Eviana and Elias.
He is also survived by his siblings and their spouses, Michael and his wife Jan, Theresa Harkey, Roberta Guzenski and her husband Ed, Cheryl Pacifico and her husband Jim and Lynda Pullen and her husband Brian; nieces and nephews, Larissa Spohn, Tracey Tirpak, Amy Chatel, Cheryl Harkey, John Papadelias, Jamie Papadelias, Jessica Gustafson, Frank Rafalko, Tiffany VanHouten, Krista Brand, Matt Rafalko, Natasha Kurilew, Alyssa Kurilew, Brian Pullen, Mike Pullen, Samantha Pullen along with several great nieces and nephews, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
Family and Friends are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 1-4 PM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. A concluding funeral service will begin at 4 PM.
Cremation will take place privately.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations sent to the family or to GO FUND ME to assist with offsetting the funeral expenses would be appreciated.
