Obituary of Patricia Ann Goehring

Edison, NJ – Paticia Ann Goehring, 83, passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 13, 2024.  Born in Summit to the late John A. and Theresa (Jaworski) Dreher, Pat grew up in Springfield, lived in Winfield Park for four years and has been a resident of Edison since 1973.

Pat loved spending time at home as a homemaker.  She enjoyed arts and crafts and had a passion of working with her hands.  She made her own clothing when she was younger and during her winters in Florida, she would collect shells from the beaches and hand make items.  When her husband made decoy birds, she would hand paint each one and sell all their creations throughout the year.

Predeceased by her husband Bill in February of 2024, Pat leaves behind her daughter Lorie Smith and her husband Sean of Somerset, three grandchildren; Kirsten, William and Kyle.

Visitation will be held at McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 3pm until 7pm and on Friday, December 20, 2024 beginning 9:00am.

Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Friday at 9:30am followed by burial at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.
