South Plainfield - Helen J. (Puzio) Tabaka, 81, died suddenly on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at her home.
Born and raised in Wallington, NJ, she has been a resident of South Plainfield for over 40 years.
A former member of the Resurrection of Christ Polish National Church in Dunellen, Helen, has been an active member of the South Plainfield Senior Center and an avid Bingo Player.
Her husband, Edmund Sr. is predeceased. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Quetel of Dunellen, her son, Edmund, Jr. of PA., her sister, Frances Gordon of Florida and her brother, Theaddeus Puzio of Clifton.
Also surviving are three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at 7:30 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Avenue South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 9:00 AM funeral mass in St. Peter & Paul Polish National Catholic Church, Passaic, NJ.
Interment will follow in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
