Obituary of John Kevin Weiser

John Kevin "Jack" Weiser South Plainfield -John Kevin "Jack" Weiser, 54, died suddenly on July 18, 2009 at home. Born in Plainfield, John was a lifelong resident of South Plainfield. A graduate of the of the South Plainfield High School class of '72, Jack was member of the South Plainfield High School football team that won the state championship in the early '70's. Jack enjoyed fishing, crabbing and hunting. He had a love for motorcycles and during his younger years he was a strong and physical guy who was an active softball player and even taught karate as an assistant instructor. He was a former employee of Trans American Trucking in South Plainfield and Taylor Forge in North Branch. Surviving are his wife Karen, his son John, 2 sisters; Aileen Ruby of New York and Myra Maruscsak of Brick and he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends will be gathering on Saturday, July, 25, 2009 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield. Cremation Services will be held privately. In Lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated.
