Obituary of Claire A. Zwolak

Claire A. Zwolak South Plainfield - Claire A. Zwolak (Willmot), 74, died suddenly on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at home. Born in Elizabeth, Claire was raised on Staten Island and lived in Plainfield before settling in South Plainfield in 1956. She is a former member of Wesley United Methodist Church in South Plainfield and worked for Varityper and General Electric both in South Plainfield, retiring in 1996. Claire is pre-deceased by her husband Edward who died in 1982 and by her brother Warren. Surviving are her 3 daughters; Diane Zwolak (Joseph DiCanto) of South Plainfield, Donna Spratford (Mark) of Califon, and Amy Belica (Geoffrey) of Annandale, her sister Mary Jane Lohr of Staten Island, and 3 brothers; Donald of Forked River, Frederick (Leslie) of Connecticut, and John (Peggy) of Florida. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren; Courtney, Katrina, and Shane Spratford and Connor and Erin Belica. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the Funeral Home
