Piscataway - Donald Uken 67, died on July 4, 2015 at the James J. Peters VA facility in Bronx, NY.
Born in Somerville, He has been a resident of Piscataway for most of his life and worked as Truck Driver for various Central Jersey Companies.
Donald served in the United States Army and was a former member of the Arbor Hose Volunteer Fire Company in Piscataway.
Surviving are daughter, Karen Graham, a brother, Dan Uken and his wife Eileen of South Plainfield, four additional children and several nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.
Family and friends may attend the visitation hours on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 4:00-7:00 PM in the South Plainfield Funeral Home, 2456 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 with a funeral service to conclude at 7 PM.
Cremation will take place privately
Donation in his memory may be made to Army of Hope C/O South Plainfield Elks Lodge #2298, 1254 New Market Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ., 07080.
