Obituary of Jane C. Smith

Woodstock, GA - Jane C. Smith, 89, died on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at The Veranda Assisted Living in Roswell Georgia. Born in Harrisburg, PA, Jane had resided in Newark for most of her life. She moved to South Plainfield in 1975 and relocated to Roswell, GA in 2009. Mrs. Smith was employed by Western Electric working on the Assembly Line prior to retirement. She enjoyed cooking, traveling to Atlantic City and attending the South Plainfield Senior Center participating in their various activities. In addition, one of her favorite past times was dancing. Jane is predeceased by her husband Frank who died in 1979. Surviving are her sons: Harry and Robert Stoffers of Florida, her grandchildren; Jeanette Stoffers-Dolfi and her husband Paul of Atlanta, GA and Jonas Stoffers of Fl. Also surviving are her great grandchildren; Andrew Dolfi and Kayla Stoffers Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by an 11:00 AM blessing in the funeral home.
