Obituary of Felix D. Malecki

Conway, SC - Felix Daniel Malecki, 65, died Sunday, September 01, 2013 at home in Conway, South Carolina. Mr. Malecki was born June 09, 1948 in Plainfield, he is the son of the late Felix John and Anna (Anuinas) Malecki. Felix retired from the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier. He is currently the Owner and Operator of Pappy's Lawn Care in Conway, SC. Mr. Malecki was a volunteer firefighter with Edison Fire Department, Station #5, where he achieved the rank of Chief. He was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed both hunting and fishing. Surviving are his children; Craig Malecki of Conway and Gina Malecki Roche of Bethlehem, PA; two grandsons, Shane Malecki and Kyle Roche both of Bethlehem, PA; his siblings, Gerald Malecki(Donna) of Clinton, NJ, Judy Taber of South Plainfield, NJ; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may attend visitation on Sunday, September 8, 2013 from 12-4PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield NJ 07080. Cremation will follow privately. Burial of cremated remains will be Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 10:30AM in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 1734 Clinton Ave., South Plainfield NJ 07080. Family and friends will be gathering in the cemetery.
