My fondest memory of Mrs. Rapiti was as a young teenager. She had the most beautiful home. I pray my dear friend Linda finds peace in the love she gave her mother, and I send my condolesces to the entire family.

Grandma You were a wonderful woman who treated us like your own grandchildren. We will greatly miss your stories from earlier times and will miss you teaching us Italian phrases. We know that you are resting peacefully now and for that we are grateful but we will miss having you in our lives.

Grandma, I'm so relieved that you are no longer in pain and suffering. While that is a comfort, we will still miss you terribly. You always treated me so well and had so many stories to tell. I'll always remember how you thought Patrick was a good man because he came from an Italian family like ours and how you smiled every time he laughed. I'm so glad that you were able to meet your great-grandsons before you left us. We will treasure the pictures we have of all of us together and they will grow up knowing who you are. We will always love you and miss you. You are at peace now.

My dearest sister Lee. As i go back in memory, you, Lee, were the one who kept our family together after our mother passed away. I always loved spending the holidays at your house. I still remember how beautiful the house looked at Christmas. The smell of the tree with the lights twinkling and blinking. Christmas carols softly playing in the background and the crackling of the wood in the fireplace. Oh, and how I loved all the traditional Italian specialties you made! I always enjoyed my visits at your house because we had so much fun together. I loved when you played your italian records and we sang along and I never left your house hungry. I remember the time when you worked at the bank in Union and you excitedly called me. "Dolly, Dolly. There's a Cadillac being repossessed and you have to come down right away and buy it". I rushed down and I was thrilled with my new Cadillac. Unfortunately, the battery died on my way home I had to be towed! I could go on and on with stories. Lee, you were a good sister. I will miss you and I will always carry you in my heart. Love, your sister Dolly

We celebrated my mother's birthday in January with balloons, a cake and a big button..it was such a meaningful day. We now celebrate her life and reflect back on how lucky my sister Linda and I were to have been loved by her. No one could have asked for a more loving, caring person to have given us life. She loved all of us - our family - in so many gentle ways. I will miss her calling me Richard (one of the only ones who could)...she never understood why I chose radio as a career...she wanted me to get a "real job"...but she knew I loved the medium that "went everywhere". We will always love you Ma and never forget you......
