Middlesex - Carolann Kulawiak, 65, died on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Born in Plainfield, Mrs. Kulawiak resided in South Plainfield prior to moving tot Middlesex.
She was graduated from Union Catholic High School and was currently employed at the Bridgewater Home Depot.
She is predeceased by her husband, Wladyslaw "Walter" who died in 2006.
Surviving are her sons: Michael of Middlesex and Christopher of Scotch Plains.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 1-4pm in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Cremation will be held privately.
