Teresa was like an Aunt to me all my life, she will be loved and missed, forever in my heart. I will always remember her in my childhood, coming to visit and Roy and I would watch and listen, giggling as her and my grandmother spoke Italian. Of course going to her house, anytime, as a child or the last time I went to see her and Tony in Piscataway, you had a chance to see her true passion, and what made her happiest. Cooking and seeing people enjoy what she cooked, and we always enjoyed what she prepared, as she was an amazing cook with an amazing smile, and she smiled brightest when she cooked and when she watched others enjoy it. "You were always joyful Teresa and you will be missed by many." May God bless her always. Uncle Tony my heart is with you as with Mary and Ida. I love you all and share your pain.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Teresa. My condolences to the entire Perna family! Theresa, Tony, John, Mary and Ida where my friends and Neighbors for many many years.we shared many stories, laughs and picnics. Many holidays and coffee over sandwiches and cookies. I will cherish those days as well as the memories they created. Me and my family will be out of town this week and will not be able to attend Teresa services.
